For a few years I've been taking free classes online. I've had the benefit of watching and listening to hundreds of amazing podcasts and videos on YouTube, iTunes, blogs and so many great sites from This Week In Start-ups, to TED Talks, to the Kahn Academy.
The question I keep asking myself these days, is what will "school" look like in the future? Will people even need/want to go to college to learn knowledge or will they just go for the experience/social aspects? Will "higher-education" and Universities be necessary only for certain types of professions?
One thing that I am certain of is that anyone with access to a computer and the Internet can now get an amazing education for free. Like the hundreds of thousands who now learn from this one guy everyday...

I recommend this video interview with Eric Ries and Robert Scoble about the Lean Start-up philosophy. Each session takes 30 minutes to watch, but if you are building a new product or start-up company, it will teach you more than any business class ever will.
